Step by step

How the visit goes

Arrive about ten minutes early. The front desk registers you, and we start with the concern that brought you in.

The dentist examines your teeth and gums thoroughly and checks anything you have noticed at home.

We explain what we see in clear language: what needs care now, what can wait, and what is simply worth watching.

If treatment is needed, you get a written plan with clear costs — and nothing goes ahead until you agree to it.

Practical details

Bring along: A list of any medications you take, previous dental records or X-rays if you have them, and your questions.
Payment: Cash, mobile money, or card — costs are agreed before treatment begins.
Children: Very welcome. Tell us the age when booking and we will pace the visit accordingly.
Where: Akamwesi Mall, Gayaza Road, Kampala — on-site parking at the mall.
